The community said: Drug DealingWhat we’ve done: PC Hodgson attended court in relation to two closure order applications for properties connected to concerns raised by the local community around Goldcrest, Shepshed, and Lacey Court, Shepshed. Both cases have been adjourned and are due to be heard on Wednesday. 2. The community said: Road Safety – speeding & school‑related parking issuesWhat we’ve done: • Speed checks conducted on Tickow Lane, Shepshed, following concerns raised by residents 3. The community said: Theft from Motor VehiclesWhat we’ve done: • High‑visibility patrols carried out across several locations within the NL64 beat area, focusing on theft‑from‑vehicle hotspots
👥 Additional Work from the Team This WeekAlongside regular beat duties, officers on NL64 have also been involved in: • Supporting the Front Enquiry Desk at the Police Station • Staffing the Charnwood ASB car • Conducting searches for two high‑risk missing persons across three beat areas, including NL64
